    Good point

And when that category 5 storm puts us under water, I'll be glad to have my ark to float away in

Who gave the ducks weed in the first place...don't they know drugs are bad for you!

I don't think we have too much to worry. Their brains are already the size of walnuts... How much more can they lose?

          ours are closed

Our lakes here in the Chicago-Milwaukee area are all "No Wake" because of all the rain we've gotten. Houses are sandbagged and docks are under water. It kinda stinks. We just got new wakeboards for everybody (ouch $) and we're itching to use 'em....maybe this weekend if the sun stays out.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Yup, new boards can cost $'s. I wish we had some of your water over in CA. That would be nice.

Medina is at capacity... this was taken in '05, but the lake is at the exact level now, as it was then.
Yes, thats a road that is now a launchramp.

Sorry to hear this! Can you go to the delta or something? Tahoe? Berryessa?

just looked at a map - can't gauge how long those would take...

Everything is about 1+ hours away. Any after work riding is out of the question. There is the American River but have to deal with the wing dams. Not bad if you are familiar with the river but I am not...
