I liked the X-45 as well but didn't like the price tag that came with it. So I looked more closely at the x-30 but hated the handling of it and how it handled the chop. It had a hard pull to the right when I drove it and every time I got into some chop it would slap. As for the Racks and tower they are the best out there hands down. No noise and super easy to use. Fit and finish is great but I still don't like how low the MC seats sit in the boat, but do like how they put the ballast tanks into the floor of the boat now. Overall MC makes a great boat but I think they are starting to price themselves out of the market. They love to make you think you are getting a deal with MC's they over price the boat (they will charge you and extra $1500 for the under hull to be a different color than white) then bring the price down to what it should be and tell you it is a smoking deal.

MC is high $$ for sure.
Ok, so we had 2 stops for the INT tour in Texas last Saturday and Sunday. 2 boats, an MC X-Star and an RZ2. Everyone went bigger behind the RZ2. My son said the riders were all talking about how they really had to create their own pop off the wake behind the X-Star.
The RZ2 had 2 Wetsounds Pro-80s. You could hear them everywhere. Not sure you'd ever need more than that. They really sounded good. I can't wait to see the Wetsounds RZ4...it's going to put all boats to shame!
Tall is right, the racks on the MC are awesome. Not sure how they'd hold up, but they are sweet.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."
