1705 hours... STILL STRONG / NO PROBLEMS!
That reminds me of a conversation I had with my dealer earlier this year when I was still a little over 400 hours. He was trying to convince me to get a new boat because over 400 hours, the market views that as a lot. But, if you think about it, you change the oil every 100 hrs, so that's like 4 oil changes. Compare that to a car, you where you change the oil every 3K-5K, you're looking at 12K-20K miles. That's hardly used. Even Kirk's boat would be in the 48K-80K mileage range.

BTW, nice job takin care of your baby, Kirk!

46 hours for us on our 2007 22VE Since April.

We have had one of the rainiest summers to date. I would have expected to be over a 100 at this point in the season.

How far into the season do you board?

We can ride year round with wetsuits. we rode at least twice a month in the "off season" except for Feb/March when boat was in shop.

We slow up when the weather turns cooler because (1) gets dark early and (2) interests shift to winter camping/hiking.

Yeah, I have a HUGE 24 ft ATV trailer and believe it or not, 8 ATVs so we all go ATV riding. 100s of miles of BLM land up here in the mountains, absolutely beautiful. We will prob board and surf up to october some time. Rains start real heavy in november, and go into march. Up here, we get 75 inches of rain a year, and 95% is between november to march. Will have to winterize the boat in late november or december cuz it can freeze good up here. Hopefully get the boat out again in maybe April. Last year, rain was hard all the way through May. Lake was overflowing.

I think that I would buy a boat that has higher hours and was well maintained over a boat that sat for two years and had hardly any hours.

30 hrs in a year! I know Canada is cold but it must be winterized longer then you have time to use it...
