I just did my first 360 last weekend. I did it by using the rope, so, yes I know it doesn't really count. BUT its a start. I think to get one all the way around and stay in the pocket you gotta have just the right wake, and you've really gotta crank around the last 180. I'll nail it before the summer is out!!
