    Oregon Tige's

A big thanks to Stayton Motorsports for their 07' Customer Appreciation Day last week at Detroit Resevoir.

Lots of Tige's and Crownlines. Excellent weather and water.

Didn't win anything on the Poker Run. Did get the new Tige' banner. It'll go good with the the one I procurred 2 years ago,,, Thanks John.

Didn't get to talk to many of the owners, day went by to fast. Did meet the Page famly, they were at one of the poker stops. Great family, look forward to partying next year at your houses.

Special thanks to Eric of SMS foe the giveaways, BBQ and 2 hour open bar!

Again Thanks to John, Dan and all of the boats that volunteered on the lake.

Hey, where was Sparky and Carter?

WOW, I was doing a search and realized that I never saw this thread. Mark, I never even knew that there was a renunion. I told Jon and Damien (I cannot remember new sales mgr name) to give me a date and I'd post is on tigeowners, they told me that they would contact me. I never heard from them or anyone at Stayton Motor Sports. I know the previous year they didn't have a reunion b/c Joel left, but I will be there in 08 for sure. Geeze, sorry I missed your post. I'm only 4 months late...........

        Hey Sparky,

No problem, just means my chances to win somethng was greater... Did not win anything this last reunion.

They did have one the year Joel left. We also met a great family this year that has 2 houses at the marina area and we have reserved their rental for 2008!

We need to get more of us there this year. We are usually out numbered by the Crownline folks.

Went to the boat show yesterday. Stayton had a smaller spot this year cause they moved to a better location facility wise. Checked out the RZ2, 4 & Z1. Would be nice but the 05 22i fits all of the requirements for me. My wife would have pulled the RZ4 home last night if there was anyway possible! She realy likes the big new stuff.

I'd really like to hook up with you, Carter13 and others earlier this season if possible. I have some ideas I'll run by you guys in a PM.

        Later,
        Mark

Thanks for the info, I need to remember Grady. We are not going to the boat show b/c it ends up being too expensive for us. We have the self-control of a 4yr old at the PDX Boat show. I never get info for the reunions, I need to find out why.

I too missed this tread somehow, but I can tell you that we were at Chief Timothy in August when the customer appreciation day was happening.

Always the first full weekend in August. This year we're going Friday morning and coming home Sunday afternoon. I'd like to see this event grow even bigger & better than the past. Lookind forward to the "Lake Shakes"

I'll dig thru some pics later. Most are probably on the censored list (according to my wife).

I know what you mean about self control at the show. That's how we ended up with our Tige 3 years ago. And if we had it my wife's way we'd get a new one every year. I need to figure out how to swing a Dealership

Didn't see much exiciting stuff at the show. I always like checking out the new/inovating stuff. Bu, Nautiqes, Mastercraft, Sanger.... nothing new that I saw. I've already looked at Stayton at Tige's new stuff. Plus I get all the info here on test drives and such about the Tige's. Joel was there, visited with him as always. He was at the Bluewater booth reping the KalKustom stuff.

I did watch the guy at the Active Watersports booth (MB, Mobius & Supra)demo how "easy" their tower was to lower I just stood back and laughed inside how much I love my Samson!

They may not have updated the customer list to the rally organizers after you purchased. After Joel left the planning of the rally was kind of up in the air. Heck we have been customers for almost 10 years and we still don't get notice. Thats why they decided the Aug. date so it would be the same every year, and the water is a bit warmer . The first year (1999) was Memorial day, and man the water is cold then.

We just got back from the show. Saw Joel at the Sanger booth. He sure is more laid back with the new job. Much less stress at show time.
Did you see the automatic flag at the Samson booth???? Way cool....

Glad to hear he is doing well, I really liked him. He was probably 50% responsible for me being on this site (most of my friends are BU owners), and I would probably be one too if not for Joel and the service at Stayton Motor Sports.

The wife and I are eager to meet you and your family. I'd love for you too meet mine. I've been trying to get Nickypoo to come up to BillyChinook, it would be nice to get a NorthWest Reunion, all the WA, N. NV, N. Cal, Oregon, and Idaho owners together for a bash.
