We max out at 10Mb residential and 12Mb business (via non fiber) around here. You left coast guys have more competition so it has driven down pricing and up offereings.

The thing is, comcast residential is supposed to be capped at 6mbps, and that is all my neighbors get. Business comcast is supposed to be capped at 8-10mbps, yet several weeks ago, I noticed more speed and tested it. I am getting 20, and I am not telling anyone. Hopefully it will last.
There's more than one, just pick one...you have a 50/50 chance of getting the right thread.
