If you have a new boat with standard Tige racks, they are manufactured by Wake Design. You can contact them or go through your dealership to get new ones.
mneal - we think alike, isn't McMaster Carr a great supplier? http://www.mcmaster.com/
I've been buying from them for years. I mostly get SS fasteners/hardware from them. They have great descriptions of the various types of materials available. Custom length hydraulic hoses (TAPS or V-drive), knobs (bimini, mirror), grade 8 bolts (hitch), electrical connectors and on and on. Their catalog is huge. Their prices aren't always the best and you may not need 100 screws, but there is some good info in there, too.
samw - enter "rubber" in the McMaster search window and dig your way down thru the options.
I agree, they are very good supplier. I order from there often, I use them for both home stuff and for work stuff (I am mechanical engineer). They have the best website around, too easy and convenient.
