    Lake of the Ozarks

Well another rough weekend at one of the most dangerous lakes in the US. I heard there are 4 boats that are 60ft+. Our little boat handled the rough water well with only 1 wave over the front...unfortunately it was our own. We woke up every morning at 5:30 to ski. We got most of our cousing up on skis. I barefooted I also learned how to do a 180 turn thing on the wakeboard.. Most of our time on the boat we spent tubing. Saw a few tiges and alot of other ski/wake boats.

My dealer sells boats up to 52' and has 3 in the marina right now, plus 2 houseboats well over 60' there. Couldn't begin to count how many boats that size are on our lake

            Hows your boat handle it?

Nice water Zad. Lets see some more action shots!

I've been on LOZ, Lake Travis, Lake Texoma, and many other monster lakes and have to say that nothing compares to the wake put out by a 70' Viking Convertible or 86' Lazarra doing 30 knots on the Intracoastal Waterway here in Florida.

Yeah thats the reward for getting up at 5:30. You have the big boats that plow all the way down the lake and then you have the speed boats that think they rule the lake. We had one pass us less then 50 feet away and there was hardly anyone on the lake! The biggest problem with the lake is its all seawalled, all the waves bounce right back out in the main channel.

This is how we taught the cousins to ski.

What boat do you have I might have seen you. We go down for a family reunion so were usually pretty busy with that all weekend.
