Here is what you need to do to the cover.

    http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/show...1&postcount=26

I dont think the cover is letting moisture in, but holding in the normal amount that is left behind after a day on the water. I open up all my compartments if the boat will be unused for more than 4-5 days.

3M double face will fix the emblem, but not be permanent.

Your boat is still under warranty, right? discuss these issues with your dealer. I'm sure there is a solution that all will be happy with.

Also, get a bilge pump that has an auto switch on it, otherwise if you leave your boat there for a week, your bilge will be pretty full.....all those little drops add up.

The next thing to do is when its warm and sunny, get that thing uncovered so it will dry out, that will eliminate the smell. My boat doesn't sit in the water, but I do take the cover off when the sun is out to let things dry out.

As far as the metal plate, get some gorilla glue. That thing will never come off again.

Long term, can you get a boat lift? Maybe even with a cover??

gorilla glue is amazing! It is some of the best stuff I have ever used!

thx guys i will take everything u said into consideration. im gonna glue the emblems back on and either cut holes in my cover for the cleats and put pipes inside to keep it taught or get a new cover. as for not letting my bimini stay out in the rain, its kinda hard not to, it has been raining constantly here, floods nd stuff. we would leave it at the mooring and run back o the apppartment to get our stuff to go boarding and suddenly it would start lashing outa nowere!! waether here is so unpredctable that i would be putting the bimini up and down constantly.

Hey, we haven't been spared either...but somehow I've managed to put 100 hrs on the old Tige in the last 2 months.

^^^^ We have a winner here...... I can agree with this statement.... With 9 months of sobriety; flying into Dublin, Ireland; getting off the airplane and running to the bar for a pint along with 200+ other US Marines; returning to the airplane with one nice buzz; and then the quietest airplane ride to New York City, NY that you will ever have since everyone was drunk...... Those were the best of times.... Kind of reminds me of a Styx song..... "These are the best of times........"
