Phat Buddy board racks, placement modifications?

For those of you who have Phat Buddy racks and have found that there is only one place to put them on the tower, on an 05 22V, and that is in your direct line of sight to starbard or port. Has anyone made any modifications, like designing a bracket and moving them to the crossbrace, or had any luck from Tige' as a replacement, due to this major visual safety issue?

I like the racks due to their board vesitality, wakeboards, surfboard and the such, but you cannont see through them.

    thanx for any ideas,

    Rooster

It is a factory installed Tige' tower, where would I find the model number or type, I think they only offer one type of tower for that year. If I have an chance I will take some pics.

my rack is not broken nor has not snapped off, I never even said anything about having a problem with the rack, Just its placement, lack of versitility for placement and blocking ones view as you can see from the pics.

We spend most of our time at Harrison Lake, I have thought about Midwest, and have friends who can build something as well, I was wondering if Tige' has done anything to help out since the boardracks are from them.
