Well, I finally got Perfect Pass installed and have been using it the past few weeks. Here are some shots of the process and finished product. I used a diamond tipped bit that worked great on fiberglass. Also, I finally got some good advice from the guys at Perfect Pass on how to fix my throttle cable problem where it would spring back and not hold a fixed position. It appears that more friction was needed via a tightened down cable fastener. Everytime I asked my dealer, they would say that it was a coast guard safety feature. Now, my throttle is still smooth, but holds at any position.
