Or did you burn your bridge there also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its kinda funny i see posts from you stating how you have been through two dealers. Maybe your just getting what you deserve. (((( KARMA ))))

I can remember Matt in his shop on easter sunday year before last changing a fuel pump on my boat!!!

Before you start assuming things you need to research Wake. He keeps his boat in Parker and is at Lake Havasu all the time. From Havasu to Matt is 145 miles. Corona is about 300 miles.

Don't get me wrong , I am one of Boats of nevada biggest fans. Have bought 2 boats from them. Had issues which they took care of very well. In 2005 I had a warranty issue with my boat on July 3rd which left me dead in the water. They did not have a full crew and were concentrating on getting all the boats picked up by there owners for the weekend. Alan told me to go away and be back in 3 hours.. They had the issue on my boat fixed and even did the first service and i was back to Havasu to meet the youth group we had going out. My service is done there also.

Put yourself in Wakes shoes and tell me this would not upset you. , Goes to pick up boat and there is no Bimini, anchor nor speaker grills. Took six weeks to find them, then has to drive the 600 miles round trip and maybe use 2 days. Matt came on here and very professionally stated they messed up. I just hope they are able to resolve it in a timely manner.

IMHO I think Wake was a little harsh but I do understand the frustration. Again I would like to know how he felt the actual work done on his boat was done.

Almost all businesses have done something that has irritated me but it is how they deal with it that determines if I will be there customer again.

I do not know Wake personally but pass him on the road and see his boat frequently in Havasu. By his previous posts he seems like a good guy.

For me I have never had an issue with Matt or his crew and will continue to use them for service even after my warranty is up. (also its a good excuse to vist some of my favorite gambling establishments)

How 'bout ya, Wake? Got anything to add?
