I had to call them and tell them the fix to my wakeboard racks and from my understanding, Kevin Bone called Andrew that day. I don't think it is Kevin Bone is the problem, it could be the employee's that work for him. Not to mention the time of year is terrible since we all want to boat now....

Regarding Kevin B. He is busy but he is the owner of the store and service falls under him also. I find that Kevin B is busy but he could sell a mule saying it was a championship horse. He also takes care of his sales and the customers that he sold boats to. But, I don't want you to walk over Kevin B either. Both are great people but something needs to be done.
No i mean Kevin bone is the man= he is a cool mofo He is the only one I will let touch my boat now. So that says allot about the help he has.

However that doesn't dismiss the fact that they are over working the guy and are very short staffed.

The owner Kevin is a really cool dude. He hooked it up, and he could sell a mule saying it was a championship horse! LMAO

So I talked to my Tige rep today. (This guy is probaly sick of me by now, ) I told him I didn't want to glue and paint the piece again. Its just going to happen over and over again. So I have to send some pics over so he can get me a new piece under warranty. So here we go again. Another trip to service. Thats 7 times total for this season alone. Oh well I guess I have to roll with it.

I think we all deserve to be put first considering how much we all spent on our boats.I have been there 7 times for work to my new boat, from scratches to services to faulty work. I think that is a joke. I understand they are busy, but I don't think they should bit off more than they can chew. They should open a service shop at the Rocklin store to ease up on the work load. Keep those customers happy.

Da bell I have been in contact with kevin Bone, Kevin Brickhandler is to busy to worry about this stuff. His only priority is selling boats. He is a cool dude but Kevin Bone is the man!
      That sucks, dude.

Yep they glue it to shut up the customer past warranty,, then ya eat the problem.

          **Update**

Well finally got something done. After allot of back and fourth about this repair, I finally got my dealer to agree to get me new skins for the damage done.

I insisted that they replace the skins rather than glue and paint. Though they did tell me a few times that the paint shouldn't of come off.

Now if they would have done this right from the start they would have saved more money than they have already spent.

Now I'm getting new skins, but they said I have to wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks I asked? He told me Tige needs to make them. I asked the guy if he could just get the pieces and cut and stitch himself? Rather than wait for Tige to make me 2 new pieces. So he agreed to come over and patch the hole until the skins come in. Fair enough.

I have had my boat since April 20th and it has never really been 100%. So I'm totally stoked that this is all over with and its going to be replaced. To bad, the season is just about over with.
