I like the Teak as well. It gives the boat that classic inboard look. I had to re-oil mine this year. I took a before pic but didn't take an after pic. It was in bad shape. I will have to get the before pic off my other computer. I sanded it down with a pretty high grade sandpaper (don't remember the grain) and applied the teak oil with steel wool. Came out really nice. How can I be racist when all of my assault rifles are black?

I'm getting ready to revive my teak swim deck and debating, after its cleaned and sanded down, whether to use Teak Oil or Sikkens. My girlfriend's Dad uses it on his sail boat (its in the water 8 months a year) and swears by it, hasn't touched it in 2 years and it still looks great. However his teak isn't sitting in the water like a swim deck.
Matt (Post #8) In this Thread stated that he used Sikkens and liked it, but it was a bit slick in the water. But looks like Matt upgraded boats. Anyone else out there with opinions on Sikkens, or can give some input, or should I just stick with the teak oil 3-5 times a year???
