Well, more than just now, but we'll let it slide...

I was one of the lucky ones that took the polished stainless steel option before they stopped that finish.

No slips yet on mine. I did let it dry very well outside.

Checked the new "teak" platform today. The deck which was replaced one year ago now has two cracks in two seperate boards. I've been oiling this thing and covering it. Can anyone tell us if TIGE plans to give us real teak decks to replace the non real ones (iroko) we have?

Sure as soon as they find someone to make it for them

As fast as Tige warranty department is going, expect that teak platform in 20 years...

I noticed that my deck is an inch bigger in each direction and I have only had the boat 7 months.

I seriously doubt they would replace them, that would be a serious cost overrun. They may give deals, who knows. I just re-oiled mine again for the second time a week ago and it already looks like crap after a four day outing! That's the biggest reason my next boat will have the fiberglass deck, NO OIL, MAINTENANCE or SLIPPAGE! I'm not into the nostalgia thing anyway, wood belongs on old boats imo.

Nothing wrong with a little wood on the boat
