I'd go to the dealer first and then if you get no love, follow up with Lee at Tige.

as stated, start with your dealer and have them be the go between you and Tige. If no luck there, call Harvey Smith @ Tige.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

Just wanted to post a follow up.
Spoke with our Vegas Dealer Matt and he has arranged for the 2007 updated racks with the retaining bolt under warranty. He has been very helpful. The right dealer makes all the difference! Matt is a great guy who obviously cares about the customer. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit. Aristotle

Is this true or am I riding a short, short bus to window lickerville??
For a fewbucks (like $30 ea) I had a machine shop cut a scallop opposite the original one so they lock in both positions. The Tige racks had a running design change shortly after I emailed pics to Harvey

Hi have a new Z1 with the Samson tower and racks. We have to reef on the swivel handles to try and tighten the board racks. They still move and the younger kids can't loosen them off. Seems to be a bad design with no positive stop for the set bolt to rest into. Anyone else have this issue and or a solution?
Thanks
