I'd go to the dealer first and then if you get no love, follow up with Lee at Tige.

as stated, start with your dealer and have them be the go between you and Tige. If no luck there, call Harvey Smith @ Tige.

My 20V is an 06 but i bought it in 07, and they added the board racks, it has the screw handle on the inside of the uprights like the tower screws, so is that a 07 style rack?

Just wanted to post a follow up.
Spoke with our Vegas Dealer Matt and he has arranged for the 2007 updated racks with the retaining bolt under warranty. He has been very helpful. The right dealer makes all the difference! Matt is a great guy who obviously cares about the customer.

Since this horse has been dug up, I have a question about the 07 racks. My buddy has the 06 and his swivel racks lock in both the swung out and swung in positions. My 07's don't seem to have a way to lock when swung in. Is this true or am I riding a short, short bus to window lickerville??

The late 2007 racks lock on the inside while the 2008 looks like it locks on the outside and the inside. The early 2007 didn't lock in any position without the lock handle.

For a fewbucks (like $30 ea) I had a machine shop cut a scallop opposite the original one so they lock in both positions. The Tige racks had a running design change shortly after I emailed pics to Harvey

Hi have a new Z1 with the Samson tower and racks. We have to reef on the swivel handles to try and tighten the board racks. They still move and the younger kids can't loosen them off. Seems to be a bad design with no positive stop for the set bolt to rest into. Anyone else have this issue and or a solution?
                        Thanks

Bob, I would call Samson directly on that. I am sure they will step up to the plate and resolve your issue quickly. There are a few members that to their customer support.

I just got the switchblade on my boat, and I would say that would be my only complaint. You really have to torque them hard to keep them from moving. Let me know what they tell you.
