Compliments for driving my Tige

I dont too many compliments but plenty of turning heads!

I've yet to see someone not turn their head when i drive past, even the MC owners sneak a peak.

Our boat has a full orange hull with matching bimini. We are constantly getting the looks and compliments. Little of a double-edged sword kind of thing though... Feel like you need to be pretty good behind the boat when getting that kind of attention.

We were at Lake of Ozarks this past week. Since the 4th was on a Wednesday this year, there were a lot of people spending the week, so it was much rougher water on the weekdays than normal. I hit some pretty large wakes coming off 50+ foot cruisers. I must say I was really impressed on how well the 24V handles rough water. Sure you are going to feel some of it in that kind of water but I just keep the speed to keep the nose up and didn't take on any water in the bow. Nice to know your boat can handle it.

Here are some pics. Not great ones but you get the point. I have been noticing alot of other direct drives passing our cabin to sneak a peak lately. I will tell you what is getting old though. Having a but load of PWC's fallowing me and my riders out on a session.

I'm heading out on I-580 today for Camanche, and this guy in a white pickup slows next to me, matching my speed just behind me, checking out my boat. He's there for almost a mile, then he speeds up to pass me, gives me a huge wave and thumbs up, and as I catch a glimpse of his rear window, he has a Tigé decal right in the middle. Obviously he has good taste in boats too!

I think we should all get TIGEOWNERS decals made up. And in order to get one of the decals you should have to be a TIGEOWNERS MEMBER with at least 50 post or more. Anyone in the decale making business. Maybe Matt and TIGE' will let us make up a decal that identifies TIGEOWNERS. Just a thought. . TIGE' is more than a boat it is a family and once a TIGE' owner always a TIGE' owner.

The do have stickers from TigeOwners. However, they are small and IMO, need to be enlarged a little bit more.

I know they have TIGEOWNERS stickers but they should have one like you said with your IMO name on it or specifically designed for the TIGE owners and the only way you can get them is to be an active TIGEOWNER member making post. They should also have the year printed in it so we know if we are looking at a current active TIGEOWNERS member or a years past member that is not so active any more.

Sounds like a registration thing with a small membership fee that covers the cost of the sticker.

No just make it available to us for purchase if we want one. That is all or give the rights to one of us to make one. We just can't go make one because of copy right laws. It would take both TIGE and TIGEOWNERS to authorize the production of one.
