    speakers and bimini

hey i know its been talked about a bit on here, but i've got some questions and thought i would just star a little thread about it.

like many people with our tottaly rad wet sounds speakers, and other stuff that's not as rad, but still rad,, the bimini no worky.. what are you guys doing to fix this SHADY problem.
COACH post some pics of your custom deal and that would be sweet..

i didnt find out that ours didnt really work until this last week when i took my friends to powell. it was 95 at 11 am, and we tried to put it up. not so good, we made it work, but it looked kinda r-tarded and it wasnt even close to the way it should be, but we squezed all the shade out we could., even though it looked stuped

I have to unscrew one side to open the bimini and mine fits. I don't have the same tower or wet sounds but that's how I get mine to work.

I finally got my camera home from the river with my Bimini I had done for my E-tower by Adlee's Boat Covers in Corona.

I find that mine works just fine with the NVS.

I noticed that since 2005 the biminis in general have gotten longer. Notice how mine looks pretty short.

Ya that is a pretty slick set up ya got there. Does the bimini interfere at all w/ wakeboards when you swivel the board racks in?

The top board's boots will hit but it still lets you swivel them into the boat for easy change of the boards. My big thing when I had it done was I wanted the swivel racks to work correctly. It is nice because it is 6'1" in length and is 6'2" off of the boat floor. Just about everyone can walk around under it without problems (although I do have 2 buddies who are 6'6").

i have the tige bimini on my rz with the westsounds, all you have to do is take the template and put it down a bit, fits like a glove, to swing board racks in just push down on top of binding.

one thing i have been seeing though is the bimini top from tige is starting to rip at seems

Ditto, I think I might have one or maybe two more seasons with it.

                        custom bimini

you guys that are having problems need to get a custom bimini like mine. I got it here at the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, from Pete at Paradise Upholstery.

What tower do you have trudelle? Looks like the w-tower to me but the uprights are a little different. I like that idea a lot since the bimini will be out of the way from everyone.

                              custom bimini

sorry here is the underside, the support poles are attached with clamps not drilled into the tower.
