If I understand correctly, thats sad, because here, most ski and board, really no core boarders or core skiers, so the 21i and 22i where a great sucess around here

whoe wait a second. no core boarders. pretty sure we didnt get a wake boat to sit in. and i definatly dont go out twice a week to drive the thing. our 07 has 68 hours on it and i'll bet only 5 of those hours is just driving without towing a boarder or surfer.
not gonna lie, i spend some time on my board... alot of time.
ha ha sorry for the ranting hijack,, but i love me some wakeboarding,, and 08 is going to be sick for sure seeing how every year is just getting better

I second that... although I'd consider myself a core skater and surfer these days, but I don't even carry skis. the pylon is actually superfluous in my case. I dont, and never will own a monstrosity known as a tube... unless its for floating the river.
Don't put that stupid Z back end on a 21V, that is the one thing i hate the most about the new tiges. i'll drive the ugliest boat ever made as long as i can get the 22V back end on any new tige!
I'll have to disagree with you on that one. The one thing (besides the interior) that I dont like on my V is the sloping transom. Sure it looks cool from the side, but its a royal pain in the err... transom to sit on the back and put a board on. Also with a vertically shaped transom you not only reduce scratching, but also maximize on interior space. I'd wager that you can get the same amount of interior room on a 21v w/ a vertical transom as you can with a 22v and a sloping transom.
Besides, I like the molded "cross" on the RZ transoms.
That always looked like a prob. but I never knew for shore, thats an upside to the i line, I never niticed any problems putting boards/skis on and having to worry about tearing up the transom
