hartt park? never heard of it. and the "man made lake" is called BV buena vista and it's a pond. it's never calm either.

oh, ok, sorry for the miss understanding. I don't know about that park. I think it's the one that is really shallow, and full of weeds now. I'll look into it though.

If that is the case, then the weeds have really grown. They were there when I lived there but I am 95% sure they had the boat drag races on that lake....
