    I'm with Dom,

You gotta pay to play. Half the time when people are complaining about gas prices I just tune out. I usually don't even know what the price at the local pump is because I need the gas so I have to pay what they are asking.

I'm not saying I'm OK with the high prices but what can you do, stop doing the things you like because gas cost too much?

      yup, that's how I am 5 o'clock.

I get my gas at the same place everytime in bako. When on the road, when I need it I get it. I could care less these days.

I just know that if on the lake I'll bring my 5 gallon containers and fill up in town if I can, otherwise, i pay what the rate is.

the reason I work two jobs is cuz of this, I like my toys, and toys ain't cheap!

What i do is put $300 each month in an Summer Account.
That way when its time to play, I have about $3600 just sutting there for gas and other stuff.
Tige, it's a way of life!

I do the same thing, a bill a month, and have been doing it for the last 4 years. It adds up. also helps pay for some toys for the boat if I have a bit extra

im not complaining i just want to know how much it is going to hurt my bank balance :P i cud moan all day about paying $2 per litre. just in comparison to my old boat its gona seem expensive. anyway, fiveoclock enniskillen is really big for boating, cruisers everywere and if u go to the right spots there are quite a few boarders/skiiers too, people even go shopping with their boats . i seem to have misplaced my usb lead so u will have to make do with a phone pic of the police boat from our appartment -.-, think it has two 300s in the back but i promise i will take loads of pics this weekend when my tige arrives, hopefully the weather will be good.

Hay what type of boat did you have.
I was looking at a Yamaha AR230, found out that there twin 140 hp engines really suck the gas.
They get about 37L to the hour. That’s why they come with a 190L tank.

You will find out the a VD or DD get much better gas consumption then an I/O
                Of the same engine size.

Nothing like a little bit of pre-planning.

I had a campion 535i, very good boat! made with kevlar then we got a campion chase while we were w8n for tige, its like the 535i only it has a v8 we got it to go 55 mph last weekend which is good.

fiveoclock enniskillen is in northern ireland (county fermanagh) to be exact, but by all means drop by. there are some REALLY good spots for boating, you can find loads of sweet spots were no other boats bother you and its flat calm, usually if boats do come and they see u there they leave, its like a 'only room for one person' rule lough erne is huge aswell so there are so many places to go, and there are quite a few tigés in NI.

Gotta save my $$$, I've heard things are a bit expensive on the Emerald Isle. I've wanted to visit the Land of Saints and Scholars pretty much my whole life. My wife and I agreed on a five year plan.
