Got call today from Rusty @ NAMG, he said EZ Loader finally gave the green light on the repairs. That is good to know that they will take care of it and Stuart @ NAMG doesn't have to suck it up. Puts me much more at ease knowing that I wont be sitting back trying to get reimbursed for the repair.

I was also told that the wheels are in motion to get replacement trailer. Not sure what it will be. I just got in from a late afternoon ride, and unloading off of this bling bling EZ Loader was awesome, difference was like night and day. The boat backed right off the trailer with hardly any effort at all, loading back onto the trailer was even easier. "I think I like this one." Not sure what is so different about the bunk set up, but this one is easy off and easy on. I sure could get used to this, especially after getting used to straining off and straining back on. Maybe it's the red carpet that has high drag factor.

I would like this trailer set up with out the pimped out wheels though. Maybe they can make me that bling set up with wheels like whats on the other one.

More to come, will keep you all in the loop. Thanks for everyones support and advice.
I bet it you are pumped to be able to easily load/unload your boat for once!

Don't quote me but I think trailer companies usually put bigger fenders on to fit those 20" rims so I don't think you will be able to just put smaller rims on it and still have it look good. I could be wrong though.. just something to be aware of..

Yes, it would certainlyneed to have smaller fenders or it would look very goofy.

Out again at 6:30 this morning and unload and loading was a cinch. Like'n this bling trailer. Yes I am pumped.
I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

              Scoot,

Did your new/permanent trailer come in yet? Did you go with a new EZ Loader or was your dealer able to hook you up with a different trailer manf.

I know absolutely nothing. Heard nothing, seen nothing. I called Stuart about week and a half ago, left a message, he hasn't returned the call.

Still working the bling trailer and it's working good except for the extra height off the ground. We went to lake Anna two weeks ago, and one of the marina's we used, their ramp just wasn't steep enough. I had the tailpipe of the Yukon burping under the water and still had a hell of a time getting off the trailer. The added height with the ghetto wheels can really give you a challenge at a shallow grade ramps.

I am not sure what the out come will be. I just saw another thread of someones else's new black & yellow 22ve and the trailer in the picture looks very similar to mine, however there is a lower roller on one of the forward trailer cross members which might be something that could help my situation. I am going to reply on that thread and see what kind of trailer it is.

One quick thought..(this may have been mentioned) but when we see a trailer with screws and lag bolts backing out like your red one, the first thing we do is have all the wheels balanced. Most trailer companies do not balance the tires and wheels (EZ Loader definitely doesn't) and even though the vibrations caused by an out of balance tire and wheel are not visible to the naked eye, when trailering they can still shake the boat and trailer to pieces. If I were a customer I would balance the tires on my trailer. Especially if I drove over 15 miles to the water on a regular basis and definitely before a long trip. Often times you can't see the wheel shaking or hopping but the problems usually go away after ther tires are balanced. Just my .02

hadn't thought to balance my trailer tires. Good idea.

That is one of the first things I do to any tire. If I don's see weights on them The come off for balancing.

Stine Rd. there is a place that balanced all mine for $20.00. It is under new ownership now so I don't know that the prices are the same.

is it safe to take the tires off when the boat is on the trailer? that would be kinda sketchy
