It sounds like your dealer is at least trying to work with you. I'd take the trailer upgrade and see how it works. Wheels are easy to swap out.

Yeah Stuart is trying to find ways to resolve and minimize the inconvenience. The trailer right now isn't an upgrade, it is kind of like a loaner for me to use while he works on getting a replacement, of which what brand we don't know just yet. I talked to him this morning and he told me that the trailer isn't green. Thats a good thing.

hey scoot......when dealing with NAMG talk to ONLY stuart, noone else but him. Hes the man, everyone else there isnt really interested in helping tige owners out.....Stuart will def help you.

So far that has not been my experience. Stuart has been great to work with. I personally feel his plate runneth over with responsiblity, and he has a hard time keeping up with a lot of stuff, thus that is why I have to do the follow up. It's much like what I deal with on a daily basis at work, my plate also runneth over due to the shortcomings of others. I have spoke with Kirk his tech and Hugh they both have been very helpful up to this point. Sure things haven't progressed or been expidited quite like I would expect them to, but never have I ever felt blown off when I speak to Stuart, he always has an interest in taking care of the issue. I know of other dealers makes and brands, that once the sale is done, the relationship is over. Don't feel that way yet. I have to throw him a bone, Stuart has done me right. I know its been difficult for him being 160 miles away, but things are getting handled. My patience tank has partially refilled. I am interested to see if there will be a big difference in loading and unloading with this other trailer.

With this other trailer It will clearly expose the hull damage which is what this thread started about. When loaded on this trailer it will be sitting at or above the fender level. I will take a pic and post here so all can see. I might go into shock when I see it.

Now that a replacement is going to be coming, are there any suggestions on whose trialer to get? Stuart asked if I was open to a different brand, and I guess I am, I have no loyalty to EZ Loader. In you alls opinion what would be a good trailer to replace it with?

DHM Trailers out of Rancho Cordova, CA. Kind of far but they have some great tralers.

No not yet, the trailer will be here sometime this afternoon. I am going to try and get to the water tonight and make the transfer. If I am able to unload without any problems and further damage, I might go out for a quick ride. I will let you all know.
