I did it on my last boat.Ran wires for tower lights and speakers. Not hard just requires patience.I actually used a mason string(like kite string) instead of a fish tape.I tied a small nut on the end and dropped it from top to bottom. The exit hole was on the bottom side of the tower tubing and after a few shakes of the boat the nut and string fell out.A coat hanger used as a hook really helps.I also ran the wire threw the tower base and into the boat so I wouldnt have any holes. Good luck---v^---v^---v^_____---v^---v^ For a second there. I was bored to death!!

The way I hear it most explained on Wakeworld is to put a piece of tape on the end of a long strand of dental floss. Use a shop vac to suck it through and then just pull it up with the dental floss. I have heard many folks say that did the trick for them when everything else failed.Be excellent to one another.
