i went by the home show which had a some boat dealers including tige and seeing that you can get great deals i may just way until the next one which is in february. getting an extra 3000 to play around with could mean getting into a 22ve if i wait or getting all the extra gear that a first time boat owner needs.

I'd buy now if you can get an 08. They should be able to give you the same discount as the boat show and we still have many more months of rideable weather for you to be without a boat. It's supposed to be windy this weekend, I think I might break out the surfboard for the first time.

We had about five good rides yesterday then the wind kicked up. It was all surfing from there.

the 08 models are not out yet. i think it will be a couple more months before they get them and my refi won't close until the end of the month so i won't be able to get the boat show discounts. i did find an 06 in california for 36k on boat trader so if its still there at the end of the month i think i may go that route.

D&C, I've been HERE the last two weekends. I normally go North from Echo but I've been meeting some people that launch out of Calville. Do you ever make it through the narrows?

Evil, I haven't been to that part of the lake. We went up through the narrows a few times last year but always went south/southeast. We decided to try Temple Bar on the AZ side twice this year. I cannot explain how great it is way over there. It's about an hour and twenty minute drive from the house(southeast Henderson) but worth every minute. No one else is out there and there are so many coves and wind blocks it is great. We'll have to hook up and head out there this summer.
