Earlier the better, I hit the local lake Saturday and Monday of Memorial week end at 6:00 am and was off by 9:00 when the rest of the world showed up. Moki, if you keep posting great pics like that you may get some company from up north. Which marina do you launch out of. We have been down a couple times early this spring to the American Fork Marina. We have now started to head up to Pineview, but with Willard Bay so shallow northern lakes might get a bit crowded. I think I could handle the crowd you had Monday night. Great times.

We launch both out of AF and Provo. I prefer Provo, because we can always find glass in Mud Lake. Very few know about it and if you do, you need an inboard to deal with the shallowness. Come on down, there's plenty of room for another Tige!!!

Agreed. Lake Powell is the easiest place to be up before the sun because the water so nice at that time and if you are on a houseboat or camping, it is wake up and 1 minute later you're out on the water. Also, if it is in summer, it is the nicest time of the day before it gets too hot!

At powell we actually have to paddle the boat away from the house boat being all stealthy or we get to many for one boat and the other boat owners, bu and mc guys are to in love with their pillows at the time of day. I guess only Tigé owners are the only true diehards. My wife sneeks around picking the select that we know are serious and wont hold us up and then we push off and all anyone else hears is the boat start and hit it and then it's to late. Everyday others say I'm coming tomorrow and I guess for them tomorrow never comes, because it is always the same group of us.

Now if they would just make mufflers for that noisy starter! Too bad it doesn't work like a hybrid car Of course, you could always add a trolling motor to your swim platform

My biggest problem being stealthy is those stinking beeps when you turn the key, that has people rolling over to take a look to see who's leaving them. As long as we are a swim away they seem to roll over and go back to sleep. We used to start up before pushing off and got a bunch of just a minute and I'll be readies, then after an hour of everyone getting ready we would finally get out. Now we just leave with those that are ready. The bu and mc guy get alot of crap for not getting up and providing a pull. It's always good for those guys to get crap.

Heaven knows the Tige owners get a lot of crap at WW already and probably other sites as well.

It definately takes determination to get out that early. I agree you have to leave with who ever is already there to go. Can't wait for anyone else. My problem is that most of the time I am the only one up and I need a driver and watcher. I don't think they understand, on the water by seven off by nine and back to sleep if needed.
