Backroll attempt!

Just had to post this from the other evening on the lake behind my house...

Friend's first attempt at a backroll. Guess he decided it was gonna hurt to much!

He had already started to lose it, so I was slowing down to make my turn and get him, so thats why the wake looks all washed out.

No it's a CWB Pure.... so yes.... basically an absolute, as the pure's are usually last years absolute's. I can't remember what year as that's an old board of mine. I ride last year's watson.

As for no pop.... remember he's on the downside of the jump. Looking at the pic he went from left to right.... he had about double the air. He would have cleared the wake to wake easily had he fully rotated. He actually had some pretty damn good pop... just didn't fully rotate.

He went one more time after that one. He was starting to hurt, as he bit pretty hard on a 360 the next time.

The sun was setting pretty fast on us at that point.

He almost landed it today. Board came out from underneath him on his landing though.

It's a private lake back behind my house/neighborhood. I've been developing the area over two years now, and had dammed up a creek flowing through. Been waiting on it to fully fill up, but the droughts the last two years have killed us. The rains we've had this year finally filled it up (It's pretty red right now though). Very soon though, it'll be surrounded by houses. I sold 6 of the lake lots just over the last two weeks.

One of my other customers has a malibu and was out there last night w/ us. It was pretty cool... he'd take a rider out. I'd wait. Then when that rider was done, I'd go out w/ my rider. We just rotated in and out since it's so small. You could pull off two boats at once, but the riders would get beat to death.

LMAO .... doesn't quite work like that guys. Well... I mean, I guess I could spend the money and dig out the surrounding areas.... but even then, there's no bet that it will fill. You kind of have to work w/ the areas natural tendencies.

Tell you what... you guys buy the lots off of me for $750K (1 acre) and I'll pump in the money to make it bigger
