Looks so much like my old '98 pre2002. VERY CLEAN! Throw a tower on that and someone will have a great boat.

Great questions from all. I still have the back seat (excellent condition) and have added a picture of it to 1998tige.myphotoalbum.com I take the back seat out if I have 3 people or less riding in the boat for convenience and to keep the bench seat in excellent condition. For the rest of the boat:

Sweet Alabama boat. I bought mine in 'bama and it was a hassle to get registered in state. Alabama has no titles on boats, and no titles or registration on trailers. Your state will require everything done at a gov't office, with seals on all the paperwork. I had to have another bill of sale mailed to me after I sent my paperwork in. Just a heads up to anyone looking to buy from there.

I used to have a Pre 2100 WT and it is a great boat!! 1998 Tige PRE2100WT For Sale

I'm looking very seriously for a good slalom boat that will wake and surf too. Can you comment on the wake of the 2100 for slalom. I'm a 34 mph skier. Is there a bump from the rooster at 22' off and does the TAPS help much with the wake for slalom? never skied behind a tige. Only Malibu, Nautique, and Mastercraft.

Hi mjtalmadge,

With the TAPS set on "slalom" the wake is perfect; I only got very positive comments from my friends.

But you can also get a good wake for wakeboarding by setting the TAPS to "wakeboard" and going at wakeboarding speed. If you want a huge wake you can use the front and rear storage to add extra weight. I added up to 1500lbs but found that the wake is best with just 400lbs (or 2 passengers), and still great for slalom.

I didn't try surfing.

So if you want a truly versatile boat the pre2100wt is what you need. Try it!
