So lets all plan a trip to there and spend some time making the fisherman upset because we are sending large wakes at them. Not on purpose though that is just what our boats do.

Domsz06, did you ever get that info you need for the tunning of your Vett to see if we can pull it with the scan tools I have. The GM TECH II was sent back. But I still have all the others of course. Let me know.

                anhaney,

                The tools I need are....

"You really need a good test tool for it is your eyes and ears ( and also mine if I am tuning) thus the scanner I sell is by a vendor who is a tier 2 supplier to GM ( when I worked at GM tech center my job was to test such vendors to assure they complied with our designs)
Ease is the vendor and they are the only one to have a OBD scanner that supports even the new GMLAN ( I tuned even a 07 Z06 with owner having this scanner)
This is the only OBD scanner that supports all GM parameters and can talk to other modules in the car"

That make any sense to you?

Okay, Because of the nature of my job and access to many diffrent types of tools and tool engineers I need to talk to you over the phone about this. I know and understand most of what he is saying however I think there is some typos in here that make it a little difficult to understand. So when we get together to go boarding or somthing we will make this one of our topics.

                    ok, sounds good to me.

I need a PCM scanner. You have those right?

Why do you need a PCM scanner. You don't even have a PCM in your boat

My bad I have that. I can pull full data steam, fail codes, and bidirectional control functions. Also we can put a memory stick in the tool and record the data stream on the car as you drive it to display it on a PC. The record funtion also records fail codes and other items that are in the system at the time of the recording.

yeah I think that's all he wants We should try and do that some time, so I can send it to him and have my car tuned, it's still running so freaking rich!! I mean I can't complain too much, I averaged 28.2 mpg on my road trip over the weekend, and that was at 79mph, with 6-10 bursts into triple digits

I guess I have to save money to buy that kind of toy now. I really like the BMW M3's though.

i'm thinking an evo for my daily driver. The S5 is just a bit out of my price range right now, until the z is paid off, but gotta see how they all drive, may just nurse the red car along and get the s5 later.
