That is cuz you have time to go running every night and get some good work outs in. Once you get married that all changes and priorities change. I was 145 when I ran every day. Then marriage kept it down for a while, Then Kids it was all over. But hey I have lost 20 Lbs. in six weeks just by changing my diet alone. My wife teases me always because she is in good shape. She Teaches arobics classes every morning. As for me I work, get out of bed hit the road, chase all day to get work done, Help with the kids since she is a full time student now and by the end of the day I have exercised the mind a lot and that is exhausting. So I have a tread mill I get to use once a week. That is if I am not on the big bird in other states working. Any ways need to go to exercise NOT really have to do my job. talk to you all tomorrow and maybe tonight after I get done at the lake I hope. I will post some pictures. Maybe we can get DOMSZ06 on camera taking a crash. Or me supermaning the water. That should count for exercise.Comment
