1978 Deltacraft 17.5 foot, with a Johnson 140. Learned to ski and board behind the boat, but the fatter we get, the harder it is for that motor to pull out skiers. Our "new to us" 2000 21i should be up to the task. Can't wait to get it out.

The make was Baker. I think the year was 1982, but not sure.
It had a small block 350 Merc. To go along with the other thread, of what comments you get with your Tigé, I got more comments with this boat and the color of the boat than I ever get with my Tigé.

It was a fun boat. It just started rotting away. Floorboard, engine cover, upholstery and trailer. The bow rise was was so insane you couldn't even see where you were going until it planed out.

The Pic. is from an old Polaroid.

Growing up as a kid we had several MC stars and stripes('79, '82, '85), then we tried a '87 Nautique 2001 (didn't really like it), then an '89 Sea-Ray 20-foot bowrider. Then we moved to Virginia and switched to sail boats and had about the same number of sail boats starting at 18' and working up to 42'. When I moved to Florida and married my wife my parents gave us one of the sailboats. Sold that and got a 2005 Sea-Ray 180, then we traded that once we got the 4-foot-itis wakeboard boat bug and got the 2005 Tige 22v. Luckily the Sea-Ray held its value really well or we would have lost a ton of $$$ selling it so quickly. I just bought myself a 16' Renegade flats boat too. It is a wakeskate machine!!! We love the Tige though and it can't be beat.

I had a sabot and a lido 14 as a kid... and then came that 12 foot aluminum fishing boat with the 10 hp mercury motor. Way over powered...very fun though. The kids used to sit up front when they were little and they thought they were on top of the world.

We bought a used '91 Ozark deck boat which was essentially a pontoon on a fiberglass hull with a 200 hp black max outboard on the back. I don't miss the 2 stroke smell...

Now an 06 24Ve that we bought a year ago Christmas and have been completely digging it every since. The kids love the wake and ridability of the boat. My wife loves the room and storage. I love the mid-life crisis stereo I put in it and overall...it's just a great boat.

Before this one, another Tige - our 2000 2300V known as the Black Tige at last years reunion.

And before that was a 1998 Reinell.

Hard to believe we could get any air with this wake.

                    2 1996 Polaris wave runners
1 2003 Polaris wave runner sold one of the 96's
Then as the wife say don't waist the money on any thing else. Lets buy the best right up front to begin with TIGE' it was.

'87 Chapparal, great boat lots of memories, but no comparison to the Tige 25 V.
My dad always said "Stupid Hurts". He's yet to be proven wrong, but for some reason I keep trying.
