Yes. I snapped both of mine with big guys up front. I have the broken ones re-enforced right now while new ones come in, but I had adults up there last weekend going though some serious chop and no problems.

I hope my bow cushions don't break...my wife will freak! After owning a boat that never ever had to go into the dealer for anything, she feels that this waaay more expensive boat better be just as good or better!

I can add a couple of things to the list. The walk through latch needed to be spaced out it kept popping open. The motor cover latch had to be ground down as it was getting bent.

I had a 2004 Rinker 192 Captiva - it was a great boat, just outgrew it. Never 1 issue and we put 107 hours on it in 2 seasons.

I'm having trouble visualizing the broken cushions.. Where are they breaking? You have any pics? Also how do they "reinforce" them?

Is it that the backing board is too thin and that snaps so they replace it with thicker board?

The composite board that Tige uses is too thin or just not strong enough for the size opening that is there for storage. What they did to re-enforce my seat as a temp fix it cut out more composite board and put it on top of the crack and screwed it in to the old board. They cut it so it will lay down flat when the seat is in place.

ahh now I can visualize it! Thanks for the pics Coach!

You mentioned what they are doing for a temp fix but what are they doing as a permanent fix? Is Tige sending you some new reinforced ones?

I think Tige is just sending new seats. I think if there are enough problems with the composite board breaking they will have to re-enforce the seat. I love the size of the storage opening but the seat will need to be strengthened. Personally the way that MC makes one piece from and injected plastic mold is the ticket. The entire back and seat is one piece and you have to lift up the back to get under the seat anyway so making it one piece makes sense for strength and function.

Dang! That looks thin in the picture! Guess that's the drawback of having the 1st model year of something, you get to be the guinea pig!

Coach, I noticed yesterday that my hinge pin on my cabin seat is creeping out a little bit. How did you push it back in? The pin is really close to the seat base so there isnt much room to tap it in with a screwdriver or hammer.

Man I hope my seats dont break like that.
