This a OK start for a sound system??

Well just got some speakers and supposely they are REALLY nice so now all i need is a AMP and this one is a ok one. Im on a very low budget so im just trying to get the best i can with low money. But here are the links.

Rockfords are real nice ... have 'em myself, but put this one in the stereo section.
