    New 22Vé!!! ((pics))

My parents picked up our new 22Vé yesterday. Unfortunately I haven't seen her (only pics) yet b/c I go to school 4 hours south.. But I'll be back for Memorial Day weekend and the stereo will be finished by then! Here are a few pics.. they aren't that great b/c a rookie was taking 'em but they get the point across! I love the ride/rig set up behind my mom's Gator on 22s.. Enjoy and tell me what you think!

Here are some more.. We had Tige cut the holes for the speakers throughout which is why there are big holes in the bow!

Looks great, that is one of the many colors schemes I almost chose. Looks better than I imagined. The build your tige' just doesn't do the color schemes justice. "Nice boat!'
I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

Thanks guys! I agree that the "Build Your Tige" doesn't do the color schemes justice. They always look WAY better in person IMO.

How do you like pulling with your gator? We had one same year as yours and the motor screamed pulling a 23ft Malibu. We just bought a Nissan Armada and you forget that your pulling anything.

Awesome boat! What interior speakers are you choosing?

I'm going with 6 Polk db speakers inside and 4 Polk db 6x9's on the tower. And then a JL 10wv3 in a ported box under the dash.

Very nice boat. Tri-Valley Marine in Livermore has one almost exactly like that on their lot right now. Saw a couple of people looking at it yesterday. Congrats!

I actually haven't had any problems towing with the Navigator. The two vehicles we tow with are the Navigator and a 4-door '05 Silverado w/ the 5.3L Vortec. I like the power of the Vortec better than the Navigator but I like the way the Navigator handles much better. The Silverado really bounces a lot when the boat hits a bump.. but the suspension sucks on the 4-door Silverado when it isn't towing so it was no surprise that it sucks when towing too. (suspension not motor) The lake that we frequently hit is only 15-20 minutes away and we tow it about 55-60mph just fine. We have towed it all the way to Powell and Shasta too though with no problems. It's no turbodiesel but it works..

Congrats !! Looks sharp. We looked at that same color combo when we were shopping for ours, but ended up with navy/gray.
Taking it up to Millerton soon?
