    Need Manuals & Info

"Hello all," I am new to the Tige` family and was hoping I could leverage some information from the veterans. I am getting to know my new 22Ve and want to familiarize myself with many of the in's and outs of the boat. I want to ask what manuals and materials should I have gotten with my boat. I have a few skinny little brochure type of books that really don't seem to say much of nothing. I see on my mooring cover instructions to refer to owners manual,(ther isn't one) I need to know how to properly stow my bimini top which seems to be a lot like a Chinese jig saw puzzle, (no info) I want to know more about the Marine Power engine and how to check and maintain things. (no info) There just seems to be a lacking of information regarding my new Tige'. Any suggestions? Is this most basic supply of info normal; or did I just not get everyting I was supposed to get from the dealer?
I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

When my Tigé was purchased, it came with a zippered briefcase full of documentation about the boat, the engine, the cover and upholstery, as well as the carpeting. The owners manual is similar to one you'd get with a car; basic info about the various features, and with some boating safety tips. Sounds like you didn't get what should have come with your boat. Ask your dealer, or contacting Tigé directly via their website would be a good start.

    Ambivalent? Yes. Or Not.

Thanks hoopykat, "Yeah," I got that zippered little bag but there wasn't much in it to fill it up. Stereo manual, pamphlet for the gauges, small maintenance schedule. There is a pretty good manual on the transmission however. But as far as the engine and other accessories on the boat, "nothing!" You even got one for the carpet! Hummmmmmmmm............

Yeah, sounds like you're missing some stuff. No engine manual? Hmph.

        Who is your dealer?

Welcome to the family anyways. Don't worry, this is the best place to find anything out about your boat. Somebody here has what you need or knows where to and how to get it.

All right people, anybody wanna bet on who's gonna solve this? It's gotta be between FIC, Andrew, or Mayor of Kiddie Land lee. (j/k lee).
You'll get your chance, smart guy.
