I just thought of something off the top of my head. How about a boat obstacle course marked off with buoys. Picture a path with hard turns and winding obstacles. Then at the end set up a mock dock of some sort that is tight and hard to dock in. The first person to successfully navigate the course without hitting any buoys in the shortest amount of time wins.
