    First day out

Well, I dropped the boat out for the first time Sunday. I remembered all the plugs but the starter battery was dead. I had the spare battery though onboard for a 2 battery setup and switched over real quick and it started right up. It ran rough for a couple of seconds while the fuel system primed from replacing the filter but after that perfect.
As I was heading out from the ramp I glance down at the fuel gauge and only a 1/4 tank! I had filled it for the winter.... Come to find out local kids siphoned my gas sometime during the winter.. So now I'm researching ways to lock my gas cap.

I think my wake is a little bigger this year, due to an extra 10lbs of ballast. Too much eating in the winter.

Ya they do have them. I used to have one on my truck. It was pretty sweet b/c it was a 3 digit code and then on the inside the downstem(?) screwed off and you could put a spare key in there. I'll try and remember and find where I bought it..
If you ain't falling.. you ain't trying hard enough..
