It's looking like the best way for him to work this is to ship the entire order to me, then I will re-box every one's order and ship out DHL. Not the easiest way, but he can offer the best discount this way as opposed to handling each order separately.

Still working on payment and shipping details.

The deal is done. I have made it possible for all order to include the shipping in the price. They will drop ship to your home. Depending on the amount ordered. In the worst case there is a 10.00 additional frieght charge placed on order and that is items where I won the price margine and got it so low that they could not include freight but I would not allow them to raise the price margine for is since I already sent out pricing. jledgers is on the way order it today.

You can also buy factory seconds directly from FLY HIGH. The seconds from fly high do not include the fittings but if you are doing an automated ballast system you would need to purchase them anyway.Once a year some dealers also offer 20% OFF THE FLY HIGH Sacs.

Somthing you have to keep in mind the profit margins are huge and I have arranged for us to get it at MAP (Minimum advertised price) this pricing is mandatory that all dealers do NOT sell below this price. If they do they will loose there dealership. So if he is selling at a 20% discount I assure you with the retail margine he is making a good profit even at that which is still above MAP.

I thought MAP was the minimum advertised price to advertise. Items can be sold below that as long as it is not in advertisement. Just look at websites where you need to put the items in your shopping cart to get a price. At least that is how it was expalined to me

Yes you are right Minimum Advertised Price. However you are not allowed to sell below that with this company. It is in the paper work you sign for the dealership. If you get caught you are liable for losses based on your purchases. So if I buy 5 Sacs and sell one under the price it will be assumed that I sold all five at that price and I have to pay the restitution to the manufacture. It was right in the terms of the contract. Even in bold letters. I am in no position to get in that kind of situation. Maybe some day I will be a multi million dollar business and wont care. NOT for now I will just keep trying to get all of us the best prices possible.

Yep I agree they keep control on their market with their prices. It is good in some ways and bad in others. Bad for us because of the situations that we are all working under. And in CA the Gas prices are killing all of us. We have to put our money into gas now instead of extras for the boat. $147.00 to fill up last week. . My wife about fell over after I passed out.
