4th of July weekend?... WHICH WEEKEND?

Love my Shasta...been going there since college. I drive by the houseboats on ski island every year and daydream a little thinking about the college times spent there...then my kids interrupt me with, "I wanna tube! I wanna tube!".

I have been eyeballing the house boat rentals there for next year after Labor Day..the price drop almost in half!

They did???? I thought it was about $500 per day.... I could be wrong....

Almost half of the summer time high rates, but the biggest drop is after 8/17...

we'll be in havasu from june 30 to july 7.we have gone there for the last 4 years and its been great.not as bad as I first thought it would be and during the week the water is actually pretty nice.
