    Sad day

It's a sad day for me! I am putting my 2004 21i limited up for sale. The boat is located in SW Michigan and is a beauty. It only has about 50 hrs on it. I recently got married and moved to Colorado and don't have the access to as much water here as we did in the mid west. I am planning on asking 30K. Was wondering if you guys thought that was a fair price and to see if any one is interested or knows any one that might be. I'll try to post some pics tonight or tomorrow.

A little more info: It’s a 2004 21i limited with the 335hp engine. full cover, teak, tower, perfect pass, led's on the floor, I added tower lights and tower speakers. I bought it new last summer. The dealer had it and never sold it. I only used it for one season. It includes a Prestige tandem axel trailer. I also have a Craftlader boat lift for sale if interested, it also was only used for one season. Asking price for the lift is 2K.

I love this boat and took really good care of it. Indoor storage, recommended maintenance, regular cleanings and tons of TLC. I plan on buying another Tige when the time is right.

Any and all feedback is appreciated!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?!? There are places to go around here! Where do you live at in Colorado?

If you still find that you need to sell it, call Bill at Wakeboard and Waterski Specialty and they might be able to help you get a few more $$ for it since they are the Tige dealer around here.

I live in Loveland. Turst me I don't want to sell the boat. I've looked around and found places to go boating in Northern CO. The big problem is that in Michigan we had a lake house used to keep the Tige there the dealer would drop the boat for me in the spring and pick it up in the fall. I never needed to tow it. To keep it out here I need to buy a truck and rent storage.

I talked to Bill @ Waterski he said I'd be better selling in Michigan because the market for D-drives isn't good in Colorado. He thinks I'd probably only be able to get 27k for it here. If it was a V-drive I'd get more.

My wife is pushing too. She really doesn't want to buy a truck. I am listing it and keeping my fingures crossed that it might not sell.

Man, you live in the perfect spot to own a boat in Colorado! I live in Thornton and took a job in Loveland just so I could be closer to Boyd and Horsetooth. Maybe if you can't sell it you can just pick up an old beater pickup for like $500 or something.

I'm still in process of finding an indoor storage place up north here, do you know of any besides that big huge one by Johnsons Corner?

I haven't really looked for the storgae too much yet. There is some kind of boat dealer at the Loveland airport off of the Crossroads exit of I-25. I saw a sign that they do storage. You can't get much closer to Boyd than that.

Thanks, I will check that out! Island Lake Marine up the road there does consignment sales too just in case you were looking for something of that sort. Not sure if you talked to them or not but basically you set your bottom $ price and then they try and sell it and keep anything more than the agreed upon price and they handle all of the test drives and stuff at the lake that they own there on the premises.

I am going to try to sell it back east before I bring it out here and try to sell it here. The dealership in Michigan is selling it on consignment for me and will handle all of the test drives and such as well.

Keep me informed on where you fnd storage. I may need it someday too. (hopefully)
