Another thing to think about is liability. If you get in an accident with someone else's boat you will want to have good insurance. Because the person insurance is responsible if a vehicle is towing a boat or trailer. Then you are now getting paid for a job and it can turn into a sticky corporate type law suit for mega buck especially if any one is hurt. I don't know if I worded that very well. You will want to make sure it is a legit business. With all the fixings.
