I just had an interesting experience. While I was sitting here "working", I just got notices from ebay about 20 new items that had been listed on my account - and just to be clear, I didn't list them. I suspected a phishing scam, so I did NOT click on the email links, but went and logged into my account by typing in the address. When I got to my account, there in fact were 20 items, all listed within 60 seconds of each other.
I checked my paypal account and that is fine. But my ebay account now had a $60 balance on it.
Had to jump through some hoops to get the items deletes and the fees credited back, but for the record ebay was very good about it.
Anyway, if you use ebay, watch out for this sort of stuff. I've been a member for 10 years and never had this problem, but somehow, someone figured out how to get into my account
