    2. We were in about 6 to 7 footers on Lake Mead and sometimes you just cant help it

Speak for yourself bud. I've been a boater all my life. Not say I haven't been a Jackass now and then, but I knew better at the time. Walley's just don't know nothin' and don't have enough sense to think to learn about it.

But that's all technical, I'm just out for a good time.

I agree!! I do tend to be the prick everynow and then, esp with jet boaters, but all in all I am water friendly.

I don't generally have issues with HOTBOATERS, except that guy with the 27' Daytona that passes everyone in line at the ramp and just parks on the ramp itself and takes his sweet *** time getting his boat ready. That guy is a fag. The people I have issues with are the family runabouts that just go out without knowing anything about boating courtesy and just tear around the good water with tubes all day long. Every year at the boat show, I grab a stack of boating handbooks from the Fish and Game booth to keep in the boat. Yes, I hand them out regularly. After years of just getting mad, I'm trying to improve my attitude by changing my approach from bitching to educating. Still makes me look like a **** though. Pretty hard not to when you're calling someone out on their short comings. Tuff.

Dude, I feel your pain, but you're starting to sound like Dudley Doright...

I've found that making friends with the water patrol guys helps me (a) get them off my back and (b) allows me to call them in to handle these types of situations. But, I'm not above lecturing people if what they're doing is putting me or any of my occupants in danger.

you guys kill me It does piss me off when people tear up good water to tube in. I really hate that!! OH well. Guess we will just all live and learn. I also hate people that get ready on the ramp, as opposed to before they get on the ramp like your supposed to!

I HATE the ones that tie their boat up the the dock because their significant other can't drive the boat.....

yeah that really pisses me off!! Just have them ease it into the trailer and then winch it up, that's what I do.

Well hate away then 'cause most won't , in fact my SO won't drive the boat on either Now that i think about it i only know one woman that will and i'm not really sure if she's a ... never mind. I tie up on the non-ramp side of the dock and she pulls the boat around when i'm backing the trailer in and just pulls it right onto the bunks and i winch away. 3-4 minutes total and i'm outta there.

Hot boaters don't bother me much either, until their drunken wives/girlfriends start taking off their tops in front of my kids....I mean, can't they wait till I distract the kids or something?

Bwahaha! I hear ya! Last year we're sitting in a cove cooling off and a hot boat goes by and they are yellin' and such and there's like three women in the back topless jumpin' around and waving Luckily my grandsons were in the water swimming and missed the whole thing.

guess you guys won't like my boat then, cuz I'm typically, well was in ok the boat that had the topless ladies. Granted we were anchored in a party cove, but still. It was fun
