Just saw the RZ4 in person

I didn't have a camera because I wasn't expecting to see it. Let me tell you the boat is a beast! Almost exactly like the RZ2 with a larger bow area and larger cabin. Looked like behind the drivers seat was a lifted area with a locking cushion that went up at almost 90. Kinda like the X-45. Is was stickered for 17!!! Very cool looking boat. Price was $72,900 with the Z tower on it. When they do the boat it comes with everything including a nice stereo.

If you are in So Cal it is at Tige Watersports in Corona.

You must go back and take pictures or have the shop send them to you.

$72,900 that works out to over 3,000 per foot. In 2005 a 24 ft with tower and everything was at $49,000 and that was just over $2,000 per foot. In two years 1.5 times for the same footage or roughly $1000 more per foot. Granted the design is somewhat different from a 24v but per pound or per foot its a big difference.

            LOL

You know everything is not an anecdote. You have to discriminate. You choose things that are funny or mildly amusing or interesting. You're a miracle! Your stories have NONE of that. They're not even amusing ACCIDENTALLY! "Honey, I'd like you to meet Del Griffith, he's got some amusing anecodotes for you. Oh and here's a gun so you can blow your brains out. You'll thank me for it." I could tolerate any insurance seminar. For days I could sit there and listen to them go on and on with a big smile on my face. They'd say, "How can you stand it?" I'd say, "'Cause I've been with Coach. I can take ANYTHING." You know what they'd say? They'd say, "I know what you mean. Coach. Woah." It's like going on a date with a Chatty Cathy doll. I expect you have a little string on your chest, you know, that I pull out and have to snap back. Except I wouldn't pull it out and snap it back - you would. Agh! Agh! Agh! Agh! And by the way, you know, when you're telling these little stories? Here's a good idea - have a POINT. It makes it SO much more interesting for the listener!

              Agreed!

I posted a similar pic some time ago and Matt won't let me upload it again unless I change it. I think that is a weird policy. Renaming it alone is not enough to allow an upload.

I also got to see an RZ4 at the boat show at Lake Pleasant, AZ. Very nice boat that does look noticeably bigger than the RZ2. The back-rest for the passengers behind the driver is nice. It handles like a smaller boat and the Marine Power 340 seems like plenty of power. Tige just keeps kicking it up a notch or two. Sorry no pictures. We were there boarding and just stopped to say hi.

Was this for sale by TPB of AZ?

It was being shown by TPB and I assume that it was for sale. Charlie was busy with another sale, so I was catching up with Terry Barrett and he was pointing out some of the things on the boat. For example, by going to a different Transmission and V-drive, they saved 3 or 4 inches. This allowed the engine to be moved forward by that distance which makes service and access to the front of the engine (back of the boat) much easier. You can change the impeller in a fraction of the time it takes on a Ve.

I didn't expect it to be there, so I didn't bother to take a camera. I could drive over to Mesa tomorrow and take some if Coach doesn't come thru.
