Wife and I Just bought our first Tige

Last year my wife and I bought our first boat a Crownline 210LS inboard/outboard with 220hp. We quickly realized it would not fit our watersports needs. We needed a boat with more room, more torque and power, better wake quality and a better sound system (priorities). We spent a tremendous amount of time researching every watersports boat on the market. We boat on a large lake in the northeast so the boat had to handle the rough chop as well as fit our watersport need. We looked at the Malibu 247, Supra 24, Moomba Mobius XLV and a couple of Master Craft models and of course the Tige 24 VE. We loved everything about the Tige the overall layout and size of the boat, the huge storage capacity, versatility of the taps system, the sound system, the quality etc. etc. etc.....

We made our decision to purchase a 2007 24 VE at the Northeast Boat Show in February. The boat is being constructed as we speak. We shouuld take delivery the second week of May. We are truly excited and can't wait to expereince all that Tige has to offer first hand.

I know it's typical to post pic's of the new ride and will certainly do so when it arrives. We went with a balck and yellow color scheme.

Congratulations on the new boat!! You will Love it, I am sure. I assume you guys bought from MacCallums Boathouse? If so you will be very very happy with their service, they are a great dealership.

I have bought 2 boats from Peter and could not be happier with how I have been treated. I think you will be very satisfied with that boat on the big lake, we keep ours on Squam, but trailer down to Winnepesaukee 5 or 6 times a summer. The old boat, a '98 pre2002 was tough on anything but glass days, but the 22i we bought is a thousand times better. Use the TAPS to trim the bow out of the chop on windy days, it works great for that.

Congratulations again, welcome to the family!

Congrats and welcome to the site! I am also a new Tige owner and love my RZ2. Next week is the offical begining of our River season and I can't wait to get it in the water. Plus I just bought a new wake surfer that I want to try.

Welcome and I'm sure you will love it. I have a friend that teaches at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro and that is just a gorgeous area. I wish it weren't sooooo far or I would love a weekend home there. Enjoy the new ride, we have!
