Nice Pictures OWN. The weather is warming up down south. I really miss Utah lake from when I lived in Sandy. We were at Mead last week with the water temp in the low 60's a drysuit was really not necessary, even though we still used it. Southern Utah waters should start to warm up to that temp soon, but are still in the high 40's or low 50's.

Tall usually tries to make a Wednesday run (when he's not out shopping with his wife), so he could have an updated water temp today.

Friends are still hard to come by when the water is cold and the remote operator still has some kinks I am working out, so going by myself still isn't quite an option. LP even has become fair weathered on me lately, something about working to feed his family Blah, Blah, Blah.

Here's a link for Lake Mead info - It's fairly close to realtime data, within 48 hrs in most instances. I've also clicked around the site and found wind speeds at the four different points. I was out last Sunday, took the temp next to one of the stations, then double checked it on the web when I got home. After a Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion, it was pretty close.

Great find. When will the scientists learn that we don't speak metric here?

                          Just because I can...I drink from a 12oz can and my engine is a 496 not a 5.7 .

Engine in the truck not the boat. You got me on the boat though. NO ONE calls the 6.0L the 366. Dodge people used to call the 5.9 the 360 but I've never heard a Chevy person call the 6.0L by any other name.

no .366 is a wierd one.....My favorite is the .468.....especially running 103oct and hitting the quarter @ 11.20.
