Sorry to hear that. When you say snapped in half do you mean compound needing surgery? Heal fast.

it was all but compound, it was just about coming through my skin, but it broke right behind my hand, so i think all of my tendants kept it inside. but they had to put me out and they had a really hard time reseting it. i had the exact same brake 2 years ago on the other arm, but it wasnt as badly displaced as this one. i wish i coul figure out how to post pics, cuz i took pics while i was in the med building at the resort and the're pretty gnarly

Do you wear wrist guards when snowboarding? That fracture has replaced the ACL knee injury as the most common injury on the ski hill. The only sad part is that it is usually prevented with proper safety gear.

Sorry to hear of your injury. I hope it heals quick for the new boat to come.

I know your pain. I spent a year building my dream house on the lake. 4 weeks after we moved in. We had a end of school year party at our house. I ended up jumping in the pool and landing funny. I fractured my heel. 8 weeks off the water - My summer started in August.

                        Get Well SOON!!!

That sucks dude. The snow is finally good and then you're out for the season and into the next season, which on here is everyone favorite, boating season. Good luck on the recovery, I'm close enough that if you need someone to take that new boat out a coulple times for you to make sure it works ok, I really wouldn't mind breaking it in for you.

dang, hope it heals quickly. At least you can still go out on the boat when the season starts. Just won't have as much fun.
