    New Tige dealer in Livermore?

On my way home yesterday, I was getting onto the Vasco Rd. ramp, and noticed a new RZ2 in the driveway of Trivalley Marine. I called them up this morning to see if they were the new dealer in the area (since Mr. L. got his dealership pulled) and sure enough, the recording said it was true. I just hope that these guys can move some boats, and have more interest in Tige than the last "Dealer" did.

Yep, indeed true. They shared a space with Capital Watersports at the recent boat show at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. They posted a few for sale ads on craigslist too. They have a few Tigés tucked behind the fence there...glad to have someone local after Barry Paulsen left and Ultimate Watersports came in and went Malibu. Not too sure about their service record though; I like Liquid Wrenches in Livermore. Great service, better advice and real helpful.

SF East Bay Area...Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore.....about 35 miles east of SF on Hiway 580. Was a small cowboy town on the way to the Central Valley but is now a big suburb of SF. And, the only real place that has any boat dealerships locally....Tri Valley Marine, Ultimate Watersports (Bu, 4 Winns), and Olympic Boat Center (*cough* Bayliner and others..). The Ski World in Pleasanton just changed owners to become Nor Cal...they sell Master Craft.

Originally, Concord Kawasaki, and Discovery Motorsports in Discovery Bay had the Tige dealership. Both buisneses are owned by the same guy. I think that he is still selling Savara's, and Skater off shore boats.

Barry Paulsen's Boat Center was in Livermore (is now Ultimate Watersports) in '03, when my 20i was originally purchased. I don't know when he moved out and Ultimate took over...the place was closed for a while. The guys working at Ultimate said Paulsen's leaving wasn't a good situation but didn't elaborate. I thought he also had a place near Sacramento...did that become Capitol Watersports?

I never realized that Tige was around here back then. In fact, I don't remember seeing any Tiges in the waters here either. I thought that Ed L. was the first dealer around here, but I stand corrected (again).

Discovery Motorsports isn't even listed as a dealer for Skater's anymore! Anybody know what happen to Doug- the salesman at Discovery?

Doug and I are pretty good freinds. We live about a mile apart from each other. He is now working with his moms company "Branden Displays". His Brother Nick is still the Service Manager at Concord Kawasaki.
