After you drill the holes, tie some heavy string off on one end of your speaker wire- the stuff you get at U-haul. Then, use a shop-vac to suck it through.

You can also fish string down from the top, then apply air (from an air compressor) from the top and it will shoot the string out the bottom hole, or at least get it close enough where you can grab it with a dental pick. That is how I ran mine, same tower.
